Take your weight, divide by 2 and that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking every day! Water provides an important service to the body and is very necessary when it comes to delivering all the nutrients where they need to go. Water is your best friend to lose weight naturally and fast. It's also useful for flushing by-products of weight loss out of the body. Additionally, water will help you skin retain its elasticity so that your skin can go more easily back into place once the serious weight loss begins. 7) Exercise regularly :  Exercise! In order to lose weight and stay in shape you have to burn more calories than you consume. To stay in shape and keep weight off, be sure to alternate your activities. This will help you avoid boredom and also help you to attain complete fitness. Alternate between aerobic type exercise and weight bearing type exercise, this will give your muscles a chance to rest and recover from one day to the next and enhance the effectiveness of your workouts.
